I need help deciding what to do about my toilet. My toilet is the 711 M28. It is leaking from the seal that is under the band and half clamp, not where it meets the black water tank or the water valve. The parts will be about $200 if I replace all the seals, the ball stopper, and the water valve. I feel like I could do this overhaul myself.

I can buy a Thetford porta-potti for $140 to $190. If I did this I would have to remove the 711 toilet and black water tank and patch the floor.
Does anyone know of a fan that will replace the MaxxAIr fan that comes with the more recent Scamps?
We are tired of dealing with the beeping and green light issue every time we turn the fan on and just want a kinder, simpler fan for our 2020 13' Scamp. (The temporary fix for the issue is to remove the fan fuse and re-insert it. Sometimes this works on the first try; sometimes it takes several tries before the fan works as it should.)
We had a 2010 16' Scamp that had a basic, non-electronically controlled fan that worked perfectly.
We have a 2015 scamp with (new for us) and the fridge door fell off during our first camping trip. It broke off at the hinges. Scamp said they no longer carry the parts to repair this year of dometic fridge. We assume we didn't lock the latch and that caused door to fall off. Any suggestions on a way to repair this? Or where we can find the parts? The plastic part on both hinges cracked.
Discovered the door on our 2017 13' Scamp is leaking. Bottom edge of the rat fur is discolored, and after we washed the outside of the trailer this evening we discovered that the inside of the door from top to bottom was damp, as well as the curtain. Any suggestions or remedies? We are not mechanical geniuses.
I've had my Scamp for over a year now and it has a bad tendency to allow the door to swing open while I am driving down the road. After the first trip I have been using a bungie cord to hold the door closed after locking it and that seems to work in keeping everything in the Scamp on travel days. I'll post pictures of the door and what we have found as soon as I can.
I have a 1978 13' Scamp. My son jacked it up and replaced the tires but it appears to sit low. The wheel well covers the top of the tire. What is the standard clearance for this model? How do I know if it needs a new axle. I think the one on there is original to the trailer.
I need to replace the faucet for the kitchen sink. To get at the connections/hoses etc, I believe the best approach is to temporarily remove the sink. Has anyone removed one? If so, what is the best way to temporarily remove it without doing damage to the cabinet or sink itself.
The Atwood hot water heater on our 2011 13' sprung a leak and its time to replace it. I'm considering replacing with a tankless on demand (the Truma Comfort model or the RecPro). They all seem to be in the same price range and only about $100 more than the ones with a tank. Thoughts/ideas/advice would be most appreciated.
