Hi folks,

I have a 2021 13'. First trip was ~ March 2021. It's now been nearly 3.5 years and the trailer has some 10,000 miles or so on it. The bearings have not had any maintenance. My bad. I've not noticed any issues and have not noticed any excess heat from the wheels. I do check when I stop, but have not specifically done the "touch the hub" routine mentioned in other posts. 

I just purchased new 16' Scamp Deluxe Layout A.   There is a draft of outside air coming in above the fridge between the top of the fridge and the wood above it.  I had to lay a towel on it to keep the cold air out.  And now prob will have hot air coming in this summer.  Has anyone had this issue?  I'm thinking of putting some kind of weather stripping along the top edge of the fridge.  Has anyone done this?

The black trim piece that goes around the dinette table in our Scamp is detaching / coming loose. What type of adhesive or product should i use to get it stay in place?

We have a 1980 Scamp, and when it rains, we get water leaking inside around the back window, and running down the wall underneath the window.  I applied silicon around the beading on the outside of the window, but it still leaks.  There is no evidence of cracks in the fiberglass above the window and on the roof, so I'm pretty sure the water is seeping in along the edges of the window.  I think we need to change out the beading around the window.  Not surprising given that this is probably the original beading, which is 44 years old.

We bought a 1980 Scamp in the summer of 2022.  Not surprising...it needed a lot of work.  One of the big tasks was a non-functioning water system.  Part of that issue was an ancient hot water heater that wasn't even hooked up to the water lines or to electrical power.  Here's how I renovated the HW heater system:
