I've never had any problems with my fridge over the last three years. So I headed out to my annual music festival thing this week, intending to crank it up when I got here, because I don't *really* need it, and didn't have any food to put in it yet anyway. There would be time for it to cool down. I arrived only to find that for some reason, the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. What!?? Actually, this has happened before, but usually it'll get started and stay working by the third or fourth try. Not yesterday.
I just got a 2015 fith wheel. Getting ready to take our first trip. Have gone through everything, and its lookong good. I have a question, can you run the refrigerator in gas mode while your driving? It takes so long to cool down, it would be nice to have it in cool mode while we are headed to our destination. I cant find anything in the owners manual. Thanks for any info, we are excited to tame our first trip.
So I had to do my first repair job on Twister2. During a recent trip to Niagara Falls at the end of June, we had quite a rain storm during the night. Upon awakening the next morning, we found a huge puddle of water on the toilet and floor of the bathroom, with the culprit being the roof vent. (yes I checked to see if the vent was closed...it was) Upon inspection when we got home, I found that the flimsy gasket used to seal the vent had been improperly installed. It was made of a foam material that reminded me of what they use for seat cushions.
We've had some of the clips just fall out when we opened some windows. I can't quite get any to go back in. I insert the bottom part, and try to swivel the rest upwards, but the top won't click into place. What's the trick to getting them back in?
We took delivery of our Scamp 13 in December 2018. The fan has gone into Auto mode (green light on), and I can't get it to run. I've tried pushing the Auto button and the power button on the unit itself, and I've also tried using the remote. I also used the remote to lower the temperature seeking to force the fan on, but no luck. I disconnected all power (land and battery), hoping it would reset. After reconnecting power and turning the fan on, it immediately went back into Auto mode and still won't run.
Hi All, Just back from a great visit to Mt. Desert, Maine, Acadia NP. Fantastic area, especially if you like lobstah.
The rear tabs on our table no longer reach high enough to hook into the receivers on the back wall. Bent hinge rod? I see replacement kits for sale. Are there better systems appropriate for our 13' Scamp that others like or recommend?
Hi everybody, I just bought a 2015 5er. I noticed the factory vinyl flooring has a pink tint to it. Im assuming glue bleed thru. Not a huge deal because Im going to put some LVP over it. Just wanted to make sure something else wasnt going on. Any ideas?
Well, another problem cropped up while we were up north a couple of months ago. We went to the store prior to setting up at the campground, with the Scamp still hitched to our truck, and wouldn't you know it, some turkey ran into the right-rear portion of our 16 ft.
