Floor/wheel well Replacement

After a dramatic blowout in Texas, my collection of deferred floor maintenance is now going to be necessary.  The belted radial tore the driver-side wheel well out and also managed to disconnect most of the wires from the back of my new inverter (which I installed this summer).  I replaced the rear floor 4 years ago, so I still have the west systems stuff, I'll probably use marine-grade plywood with waterproofing.  Here's what I'm looking for help with:

1.  who has purchased and installed the replacement wheel well from scamp?  What did you learn in the process?  Did you indeed remove the entire stove/fridge/cabinet?

2.  who has replaced the floor on the main section of a 16ft standard?  What did you learn in the process?  Did you indeed have to remove the shower, cabinets, everything?

I know they make them upside down and then invert them, I know at some point I might just buy another, but here I am with (most of) the tools and some time.  If it's simpler to replace both wheel wells (a blowout on the driver's side opened a hole I patched with the west systems 2 years ago), I'm open to that.  I've got soft spots in the subfloor and would be interested in maybe replacing the shower pan/toilet, and I don't hate the idea of replacing big dumb closet with something better.  Let's get after it!
