I just spoke with Kent at Scamp. He wants photos of the underside and the door area. He asked if the trailer had been hit or ran into something. Not to my knowledge, but I've wondered, and there doesn't seem to be any patched fiberglass or evidence of external damage. I'm sending many photos to Kent so he may be able to make a preliminary assessment.

Here is a crop of a photo I took in Dec 2014. Not real clear, but you can tell line was perfectly aligned. The closet had not pulled away from the ceiling yet either.
I just got this reply from Kent at Scamp after sending him many photos. "Could see your pictures this morning. Can't see anything particular wrong with the frame, besides looking like it got a lot of salt on it at some point. Can't tell if the tire is leaning out or not, but even if it is that shouldn't affect the body. But the body does look like it has dropped on that door side by the refrigerator. And if the axle is dinged on that side the reasons may be related. Since you don't have a roof air or anything there isn't that much weight on the roof, in fact very little weight on the roof. It sounds and looks like it may of had some kind of excess load on that side at some point, though I don't know what that would be. I can see where the trailer seems to have sagged by the door, but couldn't see any breakage on the fiberglass work where it attaches to the floor. So it does look like something may be wrong, but I don't know really what, and I don't know why or what caused it."
Eddie, I took your advise and checked every support and weld on the undercarriage. Kent at Scamp requested photos of undercarriage, one is included. Then this morning while enjoying my morning coffee outside, I noticed the left-side tire was outside the wheelwell, see photo. Checked the right-side tire and it's all inside the wheelwell as it should be. Called Scamp to confirm this is not normal - could be axle alignment. Just one more wrinkle in what began as a "Closet-Rivet" issue. If you would like to see the full array of photos, I have them in Dropbox, just send me your email address via PM.
On all Scamps the drivers side of the body skirt turns in just slightly below the floor. On the door side the front body skirt is lower and the skirt curles under the trailer floor much more to line up with the door and walkway. It is more noticable on a S-13 but it is also there on a S-16. The body roll-in in front of your tire looks normal to me. I had owned several Scamps for several years and had not noticed it until someone told me about it. You really don't notice it because you don't see both sides at once.
Thanks, Eddie, Steve told me you were an expert on the Scamp body. Your explanation makes sense. Seems I'm getting a bit paranoid with the closet/fridge and striping out of align. I find it interesting that the Scamp people couldn't provide that explanation. You have no idea how many Scamp photos I looked at online trying to see if it was normal. Finally found photos of 16' Scamp that looked exactly like mine at http://dampenedenthusiasts.com/images/Photos/Scamp/Full%20Photos/SCMP10.JPG.
