I have a 13' and typically do not use water hook up. Due to my general camping radius, I often fill the fresh water tank with hard water. This is leading to calcified water lines. Does anyone have any tips to help prevent line blockage (the fix is expensive!)? I was thinking of getting a portable water softener but since I need to fill my tank at a communal water spot, I'm concerned about the feasibility of such an endeavor. I'm open to any recommendations you all might have!

Hard Water and line calcification
I would try soaking the inside of the pipes with white vinegar. The mild acid will dissolve some of the lime.
