plywood subfloor

Hi all- Question about the plywood subfloor - I had to remove the old linoleum in my 2010 Scamp Standard 13' b/c the original adhesive turned red and gummy and leaked through the linoleum and stained it pink! I then sanded the plywood subfloors under the table and in the portapotty cubby, and painted Kilz on them to cover the remaining red color, seal the wood and make it more water resistant. There are some small knot holes and bits of unevenness in the wood, so I am wondering what to use to fill in small areas so they won't leave impressions in the new sheet vinyl that will be laid. I had been advised by DAP that I could use  DAP Flexible Floor Patch and Leveler, and then found out, from the same people, that they don't advise using this product in moving vehicles. What else can I use? Would wood putty work or would the trailer movement pop it out? What would be something more flexible? And what is mastic, and would that work?  Evidently it has to be a little flexible with all the movement in travel.......What is your "real world" experience? Thanks!

I would use body filler on a Scamp floor. On houses I use a Durhams Rock Hard Water Putty but not sure how flexible it would be.
