Plastic On Rat Fur at Door Bottom?

I know there have been numerous comments about moisture on the bottom of the door but I can't seem to find any to address our specific situation.  We went through numerous tries on our 2014 13' to completely seal the door, finally getting it nice and tight after removing the white cosmetic border, then using new weather stripping.  We're still getting a bit of moisture going down the road at the very bottom where the door slightly dips below the entry step.  I've got some black Gorilla tape on the bottom now which basically works fine, but it's unsightly.  I've head of some people putting a plastic strip at the bottom; wondered if anyone has done that, what they used and how they attached it.  Any advise appreciated, thanks!

 Mine (2005) has warped so

Mine (2005) has warped so much that I can poke half my hand into the gap with the door latched. I currently have a piece of pool noodle stuck on the bottom to keep roaches and mice somewhat deterred. First, I think the door needs to be warped back into shape and the ratfur removed, at least on the bottom.

We have owned our 1974 13'

We have owned our 1974 13' SCAMP 50 years.  At ca. 20 years, we ordered a new door from Scamp.  For the 40th anniversary we restored the entire trailer.

Re the door....(1) The inner door is 3/4" plywood. I used a floor jack to put pressure on the door, bending it while pouring hot water on the lower part....repeated, until the door resumed the same curve as the body and the bottom "fit" against the body. (2) Subsequently, I have kept the door tight by holding the bottom of the door against the body with 2 rubber bungee straps. I drilled 2 small holes in each corner of the door just above the trim line for these straps. Then I nailed 2 large staples into the floor from the bottom of the trailer: I stretch the straps between them. When in storage, these straps are always in place, which has kept the door in shape. Hope this helps!
