Frig on propane problems

The fridge in my 13' (2021) will run on AC, DC and propane. Running on propane works well until it doesn't. I was out this week away from power. The frig lit and kept thing nice and cold. I leave it on high. Several times, though, I would notice things weren't as cold only to find the burner had shut off. Over the course of three days and nights, this happened about 5 or 6 times. Sometimes there was a little wind but other times there was no wind. Really frustrating as there's no indication that it is out, and the place to check it and relight it is outside the camper.

I assume the flame goes out and the safety system kicks in and shuts off the propane. I'm not worried about this from a safety standpoint

My home is at 5,000' and I was camping at about 8,500'. I've used it before at that altitude without problems. My water heater came with a substitute high-altitude jet but the owners manual for the frig doesn't say anything about that.

Ideas? Thanks.
