I've got 12v and 120v outlets outside the closet and beside the sink for access from either side of the dinette. Definitely get the lower door for the closet; not a well-known option, but you will not be sorry!! With the std. Bed the upper closet door is large, and I think it was $35-40 for the addition of a lower opening and door to have MUCH better access to the wheel well area. You might want to consider what you 'don't want', too. Possibly: no stinky slinky, it's short and cheap, no stinky slinky tube; at least as a minimum, ask Scamp to not MOUNT the tube on the front of your beautiful trailer. The tube quickly turns yellow. No curtain rods, as each set puts four holes through the hull to mount the rods! Do you want the pin striping on the inside? Outside? Just some ideas. There are many ideas and work-around projects for the above ideas on www.fiberglassrv.com which is free to join. Search Scamp order and you'll get more ideas. BTW, a 13' with no AC, no awning, one propane, group 27 battery and bath straight off the factory floor weighs 1500 pounds with a tongue weight of 220 pounds. I took out the dinette table and bathroom door, (have a nice shower curtain), and together they weighed almost 60 pounds! Cut a piece of plywood 20"x30" for a single bed I can leave set up, and still have room for sitting and a small portable table. Happy Trails!
I have bookmarked this item on Amazon.

Well, the awning is not that heavy and having to pack another item like a pop up tent can be a hassle. Me, I would opt for the awning.

Oh gosh, brakes really should be included, but they are an option. Please add brakes.
