Put a little silicone sealant on the screw threads then reinstall. Kind of like lock tite for wood. If the wood is stripped out use a longer screw (same size) . The bottom cabinet screws screw into the edge of the OSB floor, not much there to bite into.
We had the same problem. I put some wood glue on the screws before reinserting then I had the trailer tires balanced to minimize shaking while traveling. Both actions probably had an effect, but we have'nt had a loose screw since.
every trip. Screws across the bottom of the kitchen cabinet back out. I have 3 to put back in after last weeks trip
