We have 2004 16. Every time until today it would lite. Thermostat triggers it to start up, gas in both stove burners lit fan blowing, clicking sound but no light. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Furnace stopped working
Well after reading the manual on the furnace, I took a steel brush to the heater burner element which fixed the problem. There still is small bit of yellow, flame, so I will do a more thorough job next time. The manufacture said that they would not sell any parts, but they suggest to clean the burner in the manual.. Hmmm after removing the burner a number of times one might need a new gasket. Replacing a rusty burner would be helpful also, if you can find a after market vendor to sell you the parts.
My Furnace in the new to me Scamp 5er is doing the same thing you describe. Haven't had time to take it apart yet, but I will try the clean out as you did and hopefully that will fix it up.
