We are remodeling a 1980 16 ft Scamp. As expected, there have been interesting modifications over the decades. Here's some electrical oddities
Pics 1 and 2. The black and yellow ports above the cabinetry are connected to the 12 circuitry, which runs thru the cabinets and services 2 lights and the stove fan and light. I visited our local electrical store who have all the answers and they were stumped as to what these ports were for. They might be original. Any ideas what they are used for?
Pic 3. A knob that turns right or left with clicking sound, and an on/off light above it. This is currently disconnected. Maybe original? Maybe something related to the refrig (to the left), or the stove (above) or the furnace (originally to the right but was removed years ago). Any ideas
Thanks for any advice/ideas you have.
Ken
PS. For some reason, the pictures rotated from their original positions

Those look like test jacks in the top pic, commonly used with banana jack test leads for a meter. I'd bet that a pervious owner installed those to plug in a volt meter or a 12V device like a radio.
Thanks Mr. T. I think they'll go unused in our Scamp. But I hope to make the 2 lights and the stove hood functional on the 12V system
