Thanks Greg

I'll get some interior pics this weekend. I started cleanup of the interior after removing most of the wood. The camper was used for selling Christmas trees and wreaths and had wood shelving taking up most of the interior space. I'm thinking that most of the mis alignment of the door is due to the missing bushing and springs in the hinges. I like the old jalousie windows too, one of them on my camper is an emergency exit also.  I'm going to get after it this weekend and hopefully make some good progress...

Extra Tail Lights -- Great Safety Feature

I agree, the extra tail lights are a great safety feature. If you do add LED Tail/Brake lights I would suggest adding a Brake Light Flasher to the upper set of lights. The Brake Light Flasher "quick flashes" the Brake lights rapidly for a few seconds and then remains solid on whenever you step on the brake. I wired mine using two flashers ( one for each side ),  this way the lights "quick flash" whenever I use my turn signals or 4-way flashers. The lower set of Tail/Brake lights are wired normally.

I think anything you can do to get Peoples attention to let them know you are stopping or turning improves your safety and their's.

Here is a link to the units I purchased:

CARCHET Flash Strobe Controller Flasher Module for LED Brake Tail Stop Light

PS: these flashers only work with LED Brake Lights, the incandescent lights simply can not flash quickly enough.

As Always,

Happy Scamping !!!

Thanks David,

Seems that everything is going LED now...  Anything that can be done to avoid an accident is a good thing.

Great Va. rebuild

This lady (Artrageous) bought this trailer in Midlothian. It was an Scamp office trailer and only had a closet by the door, it never had interior cabinets. I think she lives in the Valley. She started with a blank slate and made it her own. Great job.
