Recently had tire blow out at 65mph on port side. Debris from tire blew hole in wheel well and broke a number of wires. Was able to find someone in are to repair fiberglass but not wiring. I now have power when hooked into electric, but, when on battery I only have power to the two interior lights on that side. RV dealer in area is of no help with maintenance issues. Suggestions as to which wire may need reconnecting(wiring diagram is greek to me).

Wiring issue
First, RVs have two sides, street and curb. Second they have three electrical systems. The DOT required outside lighting and brakes powered from the T/V, second the 12 volt DC for RV lighting and fans etc powered from the Scamp battery, the converter and the T/V, next the 120 Volt AC for the charging and air conditioning powered from the Camp site hook up. If wiring is greek to you I'd keep looking. It is a simple technically easy to fix circuit that will not be profitable for a shop to fix due to the time. There is always returning to Backus if all else fails. (also any ham radio operator with an volt/ohm meter should be able to fix it.) Can you see the wires?
As a quick check you might check the Fuse panel to se if some are blown there. If original wiring in the wheel well area you might find there are not that many wires and the different colors can ID or help you follow the damage across the damaged area. . How old were the tires that failed. Summer is very hard on these trailer tires and in-fact any tires. The damage can be devastating. Had a good friend that had 6-7 year old tires that looked new on a Rockwood Roo and it tore the entire bathroom vanity cabinet out and the toilet half way out thru the hole. Tires that sit 90+ % of the year can be damaged by sitting in the same spot .
