On July 1 General RV Center contacted Scamp to get authorization for the testing to confirm the water leak. The water leak was confirmed. Both windows will be removed and reinstalled. Today is July 11 and the service representative from General RV had to call Scamp again because they still waiting for the window seals from Scamp. Scamp Warranty Dept voicemail was not taking voicemails. Then he called again and spoke with another person and of course this person had no clue about the issue. He was transferred to one of the "owners" and when he mentioned that they will charge them for storage then the "owner" told him that they will send them the window seals tomorrow.
We had to cancel our first camping trip that it was scheduled for July 3 to July 6 due to this issue. Our $15,000 camper still new since May 13. I don't know what to think anymore........
