The value of a guru!!!

A month ago I posted a message about needing a guru. One quickly responded. Refuses the guru title I bestow on him but wow!!! What a real huge help for a newbie.

There's much to figure out when you start owning a travel trailer. I thought I had some clue. Without my "guru" and other folks who responded, I would still be in my driveway.

If you're new...or want to know almost anything about campers and the systems, look for anything written by "Man With A Van" I was repeatedly pointed to his articles that are in the resource section. His other responses to people's questions are thoughtful and easy to understand.

Greg, the fearless leader of the website, has done a wonderful job keeping the various topics and people connected to others.

Thanks to everyone and their advice to ask who about what has given me a great deal of confidence starting out in this new world. Especially, my guru.

Hi Bruce, as spring unfolds,

Hi Bruce, as spring unfolds, get out there and do some mods to your Scamp. I made 21 mods to my old 16 ft. Scamp and it was in pristine condition too. You can do it. Just imaging what you want and get it in there!

Tell me more!!!

I'm waiting to go to the Sebring gathering next week to see some scamps and the alterations made. Man with a van said to take my time. He's right. I can get way ahead of what's sensible with out knowing the end result.

but what do you recommend? What should I look for?

I keep pulling stuff out and shipping it home. I just need more supervision.....too many towels, too many blankets,

i did just do the fuzion?? Electrical connection. That made good sense.

tell me more!!!

and thank you.

Born to wander,

Ann Bruce
