U-Haul has a very nice, tandem axle, transport trailer available. They will also rent one-way if you don't want to haul an empty trailer. One word of caution, U-Haul won't rent a trailer that might exceed your Manufacturer's towing capacity, so check with your local dealer to ensure that they will rent you their transport trailer based on the tow vehicle you will be transporting with. It might be easier to pull the empty trailer with you, that way you won't get stuck, out-of town without a trailer if the out-of-town dealer doesn't have a transport trailer available.
Just changed my rims and tires. Where are you, the old ones would get u anywhere u would want to go. if you are close enough I would give them to you. Western NY

Happy Scamping !!!
You can buy new tires already mounted on new rims on the internet.
Here is a 2-pack of mounted Trailer Tires (4 Lug) available from Amazon:
2-Pk Radial Trailer Tire w/White Rim ST175/80R13 LRC (4 Lug On 4) 13 x 4.5 Wheel
Personally, I would move up to a name brand tire like these:
2-Pack Goodyear Trailer Tire w/White Rim ST175/80R13 LRC 4 Lug/4C 13 x 4.5 Wheel
Good Luck !!!
