Last week, while camping in Yosemite, my propane stove worked fine the first day and the next morning.
temps were cool, 33F, but no freezing of outside water. The 3 rd. Morning, temps the same, the stove burners were feeble and would not stay lit when I put a pot over them.
I had not turned the control knob on the tank off, but had left it on. I had 3 gal. of propane in the 5 gal. Tank.
when I got home to warmer temp., and lower elevation the burners worked fine. Checked the tank and it was 60% full.
any ideas as to what is going on?
it wasn’t cold enough to affect the propane delivery- maybe the regulator is faulty?
any ideas?
thanks,
larry
