Anyone attempt to paint the fiberglass cupboards? What kind of brush or roller would I use? Do I have to sand it first? Primer no primer?

Painting Fiberglass
Probably would have the most success with a Marine paint and a small roller application. I’ve known several people to do a DIY paint job on the exterior of Scamps with marine paint and roller application that have been very successful.

I have spray painted our cabinets several times using "rattle cans." Clean/prep using Acetone; avoid runs and drips; come out looking good!
Anything special you do with the acetone? Someone did a bad paint job on the fiberglass inserts in our 1994 16' Scamp and I'm looking to take it back to white.
Just finished doing Rustoleum topside marine pain on mine - white on top and sand beige on bottom. Would definitely recommend this :)
I did rattle can white and plastidip blue on a previous attempt and it was horrible. The plastidip just attracts all the dust and constantly looks dirty. And getting rid of it had me on the brink of jumping off a cliff. Avoid at all costs! haha

I'm not seeing any rivets on the newly painted white and sand color? How did you hide them? I'm demolishing my 16' and have drilled out all the rivets to take out the built ins and refinish from the ground up.
Very cool! Would love to see some pics! I actually don't have any of the original furniture in there now so there are no rivets :) All the new cabinets/closet are steel tube framing bolted to each other and to the floor so nothing goes through the fiberglass

Thanks! Just the tip & roll route. Actually looked better with just the roller and skipping the brush step. Still need to get my Scamp decals updated
It looks to me like different trailers,or someone did a nice job of changing windows.
Also if they were mine I would be checking axles,looks like all 3 need replaced.

I actually did replace all the windows, thank you :) And removed vents and all rivets....
I'll check out the axles but haven't noticed any issues with sagging...
