Hmmmm...our options info if interested from non experienced Scam

I too am debating on shower options. We have basic 13 ft ordered last November scheduled to be ready Feb 2022. We have tent camped and use solar showers in National Park situations or other areas without showers. A negative on these, in our experience, you had a small window of warm water availability because of the cool air in the mountains. I recall having to plan hikes around being able to quick shower at 2. We too mostly have facilities but I really want a shower in those areas not available. If we opt on shower, then we automatically add the hot water tank. Earlier we decided we can heat up water as we always have done. So, we are still waivering. A nice solar outfit we could place on truck rack is still $400...so, do we opt for convenience and it's there or fill up the other to save $$? We still have time to decide but haven't arrived yet at any year or may yet. We did opt on a.c. as we are from the south. A few miserable nights in tents can decide that easily...and  we wanted to go anytime so we also opted for furnace. We decided on gray water tank because we learned some states they were required and who wants to be beside someone dumping questionable water, etc with neighbors wondering.  Last, we decided on their awning. We have a cool little Yakima awning right now and love it...but you cannot mount it without drilling...if you change the shell by drilling etc they don't honor repair etc. I think that's what we opted. Unsure if this is helpful. Just offering our reasons why. I think your decisions will be mostly influenced if you ever boondock, etc. We hope to and most likely get the solar panel suitcase eventually. Oh we also opted for larger battery and extra propane. Even in our electricity powered site last year arriving late no one had power ( something accident earlier, etc) This is kinda like being prepared for me especially on our lengthier trips. Enjoy your Scamp when it gets here...I know you are eager like we are!☺️ I already am collecting spots for consideration and wistful dreaming when our Scamp arrives!
