I used a folding bike hitch rack, then added 60" 2" tube topped with a 36" piece of 3" angle iron.
I opted for a swing out for access to the different vehicles it can be used for
if it for just the scamp you could get away with non folding unit and less weight
I used ARB quick release bracket system concept for attaching the shower unit and tent
once mounted there was some play so I add a anti rattle hitch tightener which took out 95%
of the movement in the hitch. Which still left me a couple inches in movement in the 60" tube
and flex in the folding rack joint. I am now adding to quick release struts from the bumper to the 60" tube.
Having in the receiver makes movable to my off road camp trailer or any other vehicle
total Weight about 75 lbs, which should be ok since I already have most of my weight to the front already
yet as I am now ready for the season a road trip is needed for a good test run
more pictures to follow
I had to weld a support tube to the bumper around the spare tire was the only way I could support the brackets to stop the flexing I am happy how it turned out

Gene, could you post a picture please?

So when it folds out, the shower tent is on one side, a hot water heater on the other side
