Saw a Scamp 13' with a bike on back in Minnesota by Owatonna on Saturday he was heading north i was heading south to Iowa kind a i drive truck but we were not going anywhere traffic was stopped many accidents with a 10 mile back because of icy roads. After sitting there for an hour i saw a Scamp go by out of the corner of my eye it made everything not seem so bad but why going north ? Hay Dude go south turn around come back in October.
