Here is one of two electrical extensions I installed in our Scamp. I used the scratchy side of Velcro with adhesive. I stuck the Velcro to the back side of the outlets and stuck them to the rat fur. They stick well and do not move!

I am glad to hear something sticks to rat fur. I was wondering if I could stick stuff like hooks, pot holders, etc and even power strips on it.

You can use a regular curtain hook, as it can pierce the rat fur for light items to be hung from.

The rat fur is great with velcro. I have a 5" square clock and t.v. remote stuck to the "living room" wall and a set of colorful (even useful) knives stuck on the kitchen wall above the sink. We opted to not try to stick the t.v. to the wall so it's on a bracket under the "living room" cupboard. I found that suction cups and velcro are a Scamp decorator's best tools.

Yeap, I've been passing out a card with instructions and a sample of a cut down drapery hook, for years. I like them because the little hook inconspicuous when nothing is hanging from them.
In the second picture you can see a picture of a Quail hanging and also a Metal Quail cutout.

I forgot to say that these two items are on the front wall and never get taking down. They ride there just fine. The items I hang on the back wall I do take down and lay on the bed while traveling.

We recently went to Bed Bath and Beyond, and got lots of holders with suction cups on the rear. We got lots of various sizes and they stick quit well to the interior fiberglass walls. Lots items to now place in them!
