We will be leaving from Castlegar BC. Have camped at a few of the WA state parks last summer, but still haven't found "the one". Ideal would be a site right on water (but willing to walk) privacy is important, we like to be either a good distance apart from other campers or in between trees. Would love water that is swimmable, meaning not icy cold. Any fellow scampers have any tips? Doesn't have to be a state park, don't need full hookup (guess you call it boondocking?)
