Here is a pic from my previous 1981 Scamp 13 showing the three cushion pieces you'd need to put it back stock.
You need the bottom cushion, back cushion, and the banana cushion. Scamp Trailers parts dept should still stock these and should fit a 1981. The back cushion is attached to the wood block via a piano hinge the full width of the block. There are 2 chrome pole bases and 2 chrome poles which can probably still be ordered from Scamp Trailers as well. You can see the chrome pole bases in this pic of the base unit of the sofa.
I would call the Scamp Parts department and discuss with them the parts you'd need to have shipped out and what it will all cost.
The other alternative, if you wanted a permanent bunk setup would be to modify your own bunks. This is a 3/4" PVC bunk bed I fashioned in a different trailer, but the idea could come across to your situation.

You should have the bunks unless someone modified it. Your front sofa converts to bunks.
