First Inspect

Inspect

Floor under front bench for rot. Frame for cracks, especially at the front bends. Look under the trailer at the frame ear for the door walkway support, Between the metal ear and shell there is a 3/4" piece of plywood that is glassed over to attach the shell to the frame ear make sure that is intact. The opening at the door bottom is usually about 1/2"  it isseal with a piece of 3/4" foam. If it is really sticking out the door may have to be re worked.

More labor than money to fix this issue. You need to post a picture of your issues. Cracks above door are more than likely caused by a dead axle and support issues

Broken Frame

Your frame is broken. The hanger that ties the main frame to the (Horiz.) walkway frame member is broken. This is causing your sag. The square tube running outboard is an attempt to repair the sag. (That is an add on.) The problem is the support was welded to the unsupported Horiz. frame member. The rectangular tubing  laying on its side is suppose to be tied to the frame member below the upper floor. The plate metal hanger that is suppose to tie these frame members together is broken.

It's hard to evaluate from the pictures but, put a jack under the horiz. frame member under the door walkway. Jack it up to close the gap in the plate metal hanger and weld if things line up. There appears to be cracking in the fiberglass tabbing that ties the metal frame ear to the shell. There is a piece of wood under the glassed in area which needs to be evaluated.

The cracking in the shell above the door is due to the broken frame and movement. The broken frame is more than likely caused bt a dead axle.

Might be a fairly easy fix if things line up. Just be careful and don't burn up the trailer when welding around the fiberglass.

Good Luck
