I think I have a converter problem....suggestions of how to check it out. Battery is not charging when shore power plugged in. All 120volt items work fine. 12 volt lighting works....but ....the in-line volt meter shows very low voltage and indicates no charging. Checked all fuses, but I think these were all for 120 volt. Any suggestions of what to check before I consider installing a new converter??? My next attempt will be to hook up the car and see if I receive a charging from that hookup. I'm not hopeful.

Did you check any fuses in the converter? Is the converter plugged in? Some come unplugged when you pull the cord out of the mouse hole. Fuses are for 12 VDC and breakers are for 120 VAC.
Have 120 volt power for all things. all breakers are good. Have 120 volt power to converter (checked fuses at converter with panel off). However, exhaust fan is not running in back on converter section.. Have 12 volt power to lights, etc. but from battery.
