ok so I have worked out a design that will allow a 8000 dtu unit to be installed.
anyone here attempt this before or have photos. My design include a six inch intake an exhaust to cool the condenser

AC install under bunk bed 16 ft
Be sure your design allows for adequate condensate drainage. The last thing you want is to wake up with a puddle next to your bed.
