Update

One thing I forgot to do was measure the axle width of the face plates before I dismantled.

Timbren contacted me this morning. I ordered the 2000lb  version if I had ordered the 2000HD

which is there off road version it has the option for the extended spindle length. So for now I will be using the 1 1/2  wheel spacers when they arrive.Timbren also Acknowledged that I will have no problem with the wheel spacers

Done!

Wheel spacers we're waiting for me at the door when I got home.so I fed the dogs and then went out and put them on. 15 min later I have a free rolling trailer with plenty of clearance. In 2 weeks we'll go on a 3 day shakedown trip

hardest part of this challenge was taking out the old set up  The Timbren itself was pretty easy and straight forward to install. My only mistake was not measuring the existing backing plate distance beforehand but that was still an easy fix.  One thing I really do like is the 6" lift I got as the camper has a much much better look to it
so now we'll wait for the road trip

The test Drive

I took it out on a couple hundred mile drive today. I could really feel the towing difference.the trailer felt really smooth and not has hoppy  and bouncy as it was before. The good news is that when I opened the door nothing had bounced around  on the inside.  Before it would look like a tornado hit.. I am very happy, we can now put food in the refer and not worry about a mess. I'm proud to say this project is done. A big thumbs up!
