16' LAYOUT 4 - With closet?

Hello,

We have a 13' on order but my husband, who toured two 16' Scamps last months (thank to two of the generous Scamp 16' owners here in NC, is thinking a 16' would be worth considering more seriously. Each layout has it's benefits I'm sure. I am curious to know if anyone has the Scamp 16', layout #4 that has a "bathroom" with bunks at the front. If so, are you happy with it? Does the bathroom/closet block the nice view the bunks would otherwise have? Does it work to have the stove and sink on opposite sides of the galley kitchen? Thank you in advance.

Layout #4 with closet

As mentioned in the previous post I have a Layout #4 without bathroom and put shelves in the closet.  The sofa/bunk bed is a comfortable place to sit and read with the window light coming over your shoulders.  I'm sure the bunk beds are comfortable for kids but are a bit cramped for adults.  I took the upper bunk out and made a seat back that swings up at night, cut a mattress topper to fit and have a comfortable bed for an adult and still have a nice place to read in the daytime.  I am 6' 2" and thought the bed might not be big enough, but it is and a 35 lb. dog soon proved that it is big enough for both of us.  I sleep with my head next to the door and can let the dog in and out without getting out of bed, which is nice.  Spent 71 comfortable nights in the Scamp last summer.
