Subfloor water damage

There is a leak somewhere in the line between my city water tank and the hand-pump faucet. Water has therefore dripped (very slowly) over an extended period of time onto the Subfloor, and I'm wondering if any of y'all have any advice on replacing just a small section of the subfloor from underneath without having to replace the whole thing. The damaged area is localized to a ~1' x ~1' section of subfloor right by the passenger side rear bumper of the Scamp. Any and all advice is appreciated!

Fixing Wood Floor

This idea is only valid if you will Never be stepping on the effected floor section:

Minwax makes a product called "Minwax Wood Hardener" that will harden and stabilize rotted wood.

This product should harden your floor, if it is not too far gone, and prevent you from having to do any extensive tear-out of the floor.

Like I said, I would only use this if you will never be stepping on that section of flooring.

Let us know how things work out.

As Always,

Happy Scamping !!!
