Wow! Getting those feet up and down is a lot of work.
Has anyone suggested remedies for this?
Maybe electric anything?

I learned from Scamp that the landing gear is made by Atwood. I found a motor for Atwood on eBay for less than $125.00. I have it ordered. We will see what happens when it arrives. Keep you posted.

Yes i got a small cheap 12 volt winch from Harbor freight and salvage about 40 bucks and mounted a sproket on it and one on the unit and it wirks swell it has a disconect featture which i use early mornings to be quiet and not disturb others an it is quite loud can post pictures if wanted

Well I order an Atwood motor since I learned that our landing gear is Atwood.
Got it on Ebay for about 123.00.
Installation was tricky. The motor took 2minutes to mount but the swithch was the tricky part.
I installed it upside down in a double sided kitchen box to keep it moisture free.
Other than the box which is fairly hidden, it looks original...and it works!
Yippie. No more cranking!
