I've used the orange "legos" for years with good luck used under the tires. I still put pieces of pressure treated wood under the leg levelers and the tongue jack since the orange blocks aren't really made for the kind of one point pressure you get on those sites. Mainly made for under tires.
Both the rubber and the plastic tire chocks work well.
We got the leveler you mention (BAL 28050 Light Trailer Tire Leveler ) a friend with a Scamp loves hers. So, will give that a try!
