Maybe I'm just catching up, but I discovered today that Scamp has a much improved manual on their website. The one I received with my new trailer last year was badly out of date and generally bad. There have been lots of negative comments about that. Anyway, if you haven't seen it, it's worth a read.

I went with a friend several years ago to buy a nearly-new Scamp from a private owner. The kind of guy you DREAM about selling a car, trailer, whatever. He did some nice upgrades, typed out very explicit instructions for both those and existing systems, and had spare pieces/parts labeled and organized. He should be working for Scamp!

I ordered the new manual on Monday, and it arrived by UPS on Wednesday. It’s great, definitely an improvement over the original. The weird thing is, they shipped it in a big cardboard box and the postage cost $14.64! For a 34 page magazine which would have fit nicely in a mailing envelope.
