That's discouraging to hear. There have been several posts about not having the best experience dealing with the company during pickup and later. Loose wires in the bottom of the closet that a 25c box would have fixed. I figured a small low volume company would prioritize craftsmanship and relationships with customers. is that not the case?
I remember post suggesting spending a couple of nights nearby to make sure everything is working properly. I thought that was just a wise strategy given that most of us will be hundreds of miles away. Now it's starting to sound like it's more finding what isn't right rather than a just in case scenario. Am I over-reacting?
My friend mounted a compression bar that could be removed over the bed, then equipped it with the front-wheel clamps often used on rooftop mounts. They took the front wheels off their bikes and locked them onto the bar, This was on a 13-ft with a regular bed.
I pick up my 13' in December and really hope the tires will be balanced as I have a long journey back home.
