Entire Black tank piping fell off!

Last night I was trying to open the cap on the black tank. It was not budging, my Scamp is new and the grey and black tank caps are incredibly tight. I gave another twist on the cap and instead of the cap coming of THE  ENTIRE BLACK TANK PIPE came off the Scamp leaving me holding the entire mechanism that connects directly to the tank in my hands along with all of the black water.
What glue/cement do I use to glue the pipe back into the tube connected to the tank? Can I do this myself or do I need a plumber?

Also, since I first got my scamp I've had issues with the shower not draining. I had a plumber out twice, he replaced the pump and a few weeks later it is not draining again. It's such a headache. Anyone have advice or instructions how I can troubleshoot? Thanks in advance!

Primer and solvent

Solvent cement is the preferred joining agent PVC Pipe and Fittings because it is easy to install and incredibly reliable. It "melts" the surface of the pipe and and when dry is a vert strong joint. You may want to call Scamp to be sure that it is PVC.

Is the drain problem related to the filter outside under the floor? Is yours one that has a screen of some type inside? I've heard that if it gets stepped on it will restrict the flow and it could be tossed.
