First trip produces still more excitement

Ok, we took our 2000 16' Standard out for a maiden-ish voyage for 6 days.  While we were out we had the pleasure of 3 areas for personal growth and development.  We would appreciate any insight you might be able to give.

1. The toilet is running intermittently to constantly.  I replaced the leaking water valve which fixed the water dripping into the shower pan, but now its running frequently into the bowl.  I found a manual that indicates I should adjust the cam strap, which I will do, as soon as someone tells me how.  All this water fills the black tank quickly, and when it's full/overfull it is leaking into the front driver side storage area under the bunk.  This is bad and I need to fix this first.

2.  In our pursuit of state highpoints, we took off down 12-20 miles of gravel road.  The amount of dust we gained inside the trailer is alarming!  It appears to have entered through the rear window that i recently removed and replaced the butyl tape on.  Is it possible that it came in through the old beading on the windows I've been putting off replacing?  Is it coming in from the big vent on the roof that is closed but maybe isn't sealing?  It's a ton of dust on everything but heaviest on the back bed.

3. The fridge worked great on AC before we left.  It worked fine on DC before we left.  We do have 12V running from the van to the trailer while traveling, and the brand new AGM battery is reading 13V when I checked it at stops.  After we figured out that we had to bungee cord the door shut, we stopped wasting our cold air.  The AC worked great when we were in the same spot for 2 days.  The next day (after the gravel road, fwiw) the 12V didn't preserve the cold, and 7 hours on AC didn't cool it back down.  The next night I ran the propane which worked and cooled it back down, but the 12V didn't cool it on the drive home and the AC isn't cooling it down in the driveway now.  The propane won't stay lit while driving.  What in the world is going on?

Thanks to all, for every time I post I use 4 previous posts here to fix things.  It has greatly helped us get our scamp up and running.  Thanks!

The fridge in our '06 has

The fridge in our '06 has always worked well. Just checking this week and it wouldn't work on AC. Unplugged it and took off the control cover that has two screws. Wiggled all four connectors on the AC switch with needle-nose pliers. It works again. Apparently, just corrosion. Lots of dust could cause the same problem.
