Maybe not considered a "modification" but I noticed that the Scamp awning brand was not like the one we used on the stickies and I couldn't recall seeing a screen room on a fiberglass trailer in the photos that I have seen. Can you put a screen room on the awning of a fiberglass trailer or might it be too much stress? Thank you.

Screen Room?
When we were at the Scamp doings at Highland Hammock Park at Sebring, FL last month, we saw a Scamp that had a screen enclosure around the regular awning. The guy had attached some of those twist type buttons(??) to his trailer in order to hold the screen close to the fiberglass where ever the trailer curves created an opening between the screen wall and the trailer side. I believe the screen attached to the awning with velcro. It was actually a very nice, neat setup. He did a good job adapting the straight lines of the screen to the curved side of the Scamp.
I wish I remembered the name of the twist fasteners. I have seen them on boats holding tarp covers over the deck. Maybe the owner will chime in and show his art work.....

So, it can be done. I was thinking the weight might be too much but we had a screen room on a pop-up once and there really wasn't much to either the awning on it or the screen room. I am thinking though that the people with molded fiberglass trailers are among the most creative people that I have ever seen. The modifications and renovations? They just blow me away.
