I bought the gen. from Woot. I took about a week for delivery. It was delayed at least a day due to the hurricane. It has all the features that my Honda 2K has. To change oil the cover comes off  the Honda with one screw. The Wen you have to remove three screws. I added a magnetic oil plug from Wise Generator which I ordered from Amazon. I hooked it up to my Trailer and it started and ran the A/C with no issues as with the Honda it had to be out of the ECO mode. I do not have my Honda available to compare noise levels side by side. I will say the Wen seems slightly louder than the Honda but not too bad. I'm still running it to break it in but for the price it's a very good deal. Woot has the no return disclaimer but it does have a factory warranty. Woot gets $385 for it with no tax, Amazon gets $435 and charges me tax.
