I think The older scamp 13 foot had a overall height of 6 feet 11 inches ,the new ones are 7 feet 6 inches , wondering if this has something to do with the new style roof vent .

When did the 13 foot scamp height change
A fire destroyed the Scamp Trailers manufacturing plant in 2006. They were taller after the plant was rebuilt.
The Scamp factory burned down 13 Jan 2006. After the fire the new molds raised the roof 4" on the S-13.
