This is our first one out this year (don't judge! My husband has been working overtime!), but the water pump stopped working. We are hooked up to city water, we called Scamp and they said it has to be pumped through. Any ideas?

Water Pump, help!
The city water hookup is giving you pressure. Have you turned the faucet on? The pump only runs when the pressure is low and it should never be low when hooked to city water.
