If I leave my tow vehicle connected to my Scamp while camping several days, can the Scamp use up (discharge) my vehicle's battery, leaving me stranded?
Check pin 4 on the 7pin with the T/V off and it should be dead. If not it will run the T/V battery down. Factory wired should be OK but many other do it your self systems are a problem. When in doubt, unplug the RV when parked.
Yes, it can unless it's wired properly or the trailer is unplugged. The TV battery should disconnect from the trailer when the engine is off. This can happen automatically by using a relay. The easiest, although more expensive, way is to use a voltage sensing relay.

Best to unplug the trailer from your TV once camping. Just do it.
