All SOI Lifetime Members should have received an email notifying them that the SOI Spring Edition of the newsletter is now published.
There are two ways you can enjoy the newsletter:
1) Double click the file attached to the email you received and read the newsletter on your local computer or send it to your printer.
2) Click the link below and choose the Spring Edition to read the newsletter online. You must be logged in in order to view it on the SOI website, as only Lifetime Members have access.

**There is a bug in the Firefox browser when viewing pdf files. So if you are using Firefox, the online newsletter is not fully displaying. You should use a different web browser, like Internet Explorer, to view properly or just simply read the hard copy that was attached to the email. We are trying to find a work-around regarding this Firefox bug, but it might take some time....

My browser is IE. When I open the PDF file, all I get is a heading on page one and thirteen blank pages after that. I don't get anything when I click the link to read the news letter on line.

In regards to online access -- when you say you "don't get anything," do you mean when you are online (AND logged in) you click the "SOI Spring Edition 2014" file and it opens up but it is completely blank? Or do you mean the file does not open at all? More specific info would be helpful, as you are the first report we have received from anyone using IE who has had an issue reading the online version.
As for the pdf file attachment on your email not opening, yours is the only report we have of that issue as well and so I am not sure what could be causing that on your local computer. I will leave that one to Greg to offer advice on because he is the "tech guy" around here. (Update - Greg said that it is most likely that your Adobe Reader needs updating.)
But more specific info as to what is happening online would be helpful. Thank you for your patience.
