"Round Top" for Winter Scamp storage

I need “Round Top instant shelter” information.  The seam at the top of mine separated and I can find NO glue or solvents that will fix it. Has anyone repaired a round top or know what the fabric is made of? The company has sent me a new cover, but I would like to save the original if I can find something that will work. Yes, we had record snow last winter, but I removed it after and sometimes during every snowfall, and the failure happened when it got hot out. They make good replacement covers as well, but they run almost $1000. So far I have  tried PVC cement, HH-66, E-6000, Gorilla glue, and Locktite's PL Premium, and Vinyl Plastic Fabric, none of them touch this stuff.Flex tape and duct tape stick to it but an hour after the fix it had opened up again.TNX

Sew the seam?

If it is actual woven fabric, you could try to find someone who repairs horse blankets or bimini boat covers and has a HD sewing machine. Maybe glue the new seam after that fix.

I do not think that the cheap fabric will hold. The HH=66 is made for gluing over stitching on truck tarps after repair, but it will not stick to what ever this is. I may just give the current cover away to who ever will help me replace it with a good cover, but a good cover is almost $1k.
