Thanks Eddie, your list is going to be helpful in planning which steps to take when. We knew it was going to need a little bit of work/TLC and a couple mods when we bought it, but when I started taking out the 3 layers of carpet and removing the back benches to clean and paint we realized we bought Pandora's Box! We would rather do it right the first time and not have to back track on future repairs or fret about what's going to fail or fall off next. I'm asking Santa for a welding set up...
