I have painted several hacked up and repaired sink cabinets. I have not painted any bench seats because I figured they would get chipped up especially when the table was lowered. I used rattle can white epoxy appliance paint. It comes in a green and white can and can usually be found in the big box stores. Covers over clean raw fiberglass and gelcoat. Instructions say not to pirme the surface.
