Picked up our 5er about a month ago.
So far we are loving it. Very happy we chose Scamp.
Other than a few minor hang ups (still can’t get the door to close shut from the inside) mostly smooth running.

Congratulations on your new 19. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed ours.
I've recently replaced the door seal on ours and it has become more of a challenge to close also. I use a two handed technique, with one hand on the door latch and one on the handle. I twist the latch as I pull it closed with both hands and straighten it to catch as I close it firmly. (OK it is sort of a controlled slam but not as dramatic). After a learning period it gets much easier and the seal becomes less resistant. I hope this helps.
