Under the rear cabinet has worked well for us. If you have such a cabinet (either wood or fiberglass) you should easily be able to add a TV mount. It is probably wise to add some kind of inside the cabinet backing plate of plywood or 1x2 to reinforce the area around where you drill holes. We always take the TV off the mount while traveling. There are TV mounts that both swivel and fold up out of the way when not in use.
