Starting

I knew five of the National Scenic Trails and two of the other long distance trails.  Could probably figure out some others, but not my memory.   Only one of the trails can I reach in twenty minutes by walking out my front door.  :)

My backpacking days are in the past but have done a number of these, quite a bit of the AT, and most all the Grand Canyon. Some awesome trails here, but due to advancing age and arthritis I'm not really able to enjoy backpacking trips any longer. I envy those that can still do so. yes
